Staff should have basic field experience and basic computer knowledge.
All the field staff must be trained intensively on both – the questionnaire and the device operations.

Also special training will be required for the field supervisors and other senior field staff on how to attend to devices issues, uploading data into the server at the end of the day’s fieldwork.
The back –end server data management shall be handled by our expert staffs – communication of achievements and quota expectations to field staff on regular basis
